His journey later took him to Dubai, where he held a senior management position at a leading multinational corporation. This role gave him direct exposure to the operational and strategic challenges faced by large-scale enterprises in the region. With this unique combination of practical and corporate expertise, Josey went on to establish his own advisory firm, helping businesses navigate complexity and drive sustainable growth.
